Keith was awarded his PhD from Exeter University and is also a specialist in the religious and social dimensions of Charles Dickens' work. He produced his debut book "Charles Dickens: Faith, Angels and the Poor" in 2017. Keith also has lectures available to view on YouTube, having completed a series of lectures around the country.

For our talk this week he is, however, discussing Jane Austen and her life and works. A timely presentation as 16th December 2025 was the 250th Anniversary of Jane's birth. Her classics such as Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility continue to live on. A new film adaptation of Sense and Sensibility is coming out this Autumn.
