We meet on Friday mornings (up to 3/4 times a month) at 8.45am, 10.15am and 11.45am. The dates are advised in advance by the Group Leader. All levels of experience are welcome. There is the optional opportunity after each yoga session for a quick chat and a drink with other meeting participants. The meetings are led by a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher.
We bring our own mats and make use of the wall, chairs and floor in order to make the yoga accessible to anyone. We do a variety of warm up exercises and poses, breathing and relaxation exercises - many of which you can practice at home, when it would benefit you to do so.
