Every 4th Thursday of the month. We do not meet in August or December.

Our books are sent from the Library Store to Witney Library and are collected monthly. The Library sends out updated new arrival lists from time to time and we choose which books interest us. There is no order of arrival but each book has been chosen by a book group member. We have no idea what will arrive each month - it keeps us in suspense and on our toes and also enables us to read something which we possibly may not have considered otherwise; we quite like not knowing, a bit like a "waiting to open gifts" feeling, anticipating a new title each time.

We have enjoyed reading, Ishmael’s Oranges by Clare Hajaj, Hamnet by Maggie O’Farrell, The Dry by Jane Harper, Red Joan by Jennie Rooney, The Salt Path by Raynor Winn.
